UPDATE: Not only was my bar score high enough to waive into any UBE jurisdiction, but I just found out I scored 115 on the MPRE, thanks to Judy's MPRE course. Best decision ever!
UPDATE: Not only was my bar score high enough to waive into any UBE jurisdiction, but I just found out I scored 115 on the MPRE, thanks to Judy's MPRE course. Best decision ever! About a week and half after taking the bar, we started her MPRE course in preparation for the March MPRE exam. After taking it, I was confident I passed with at least an 85 as required for Maryland, but had no idea I actually scored a whopping 115! Thank you so much, Judy--for everything!!

First, I don't think this review can really put into words the HUGE impact Judy Vincent-Pope Tutoring had on my score—and ultimately helping me pass the bar with a 27-point jump and a score high enough to waive into any jurisdiction.
As a full-time employee, mom to a toddler, and wife, I really struggled to find the time, energy, and consistency it takes to study for and pass the bar exam. I tried the traditional prep programs like Barbri and Themis, but quickly realized that their style—mostly passive learning with long video lectures and filling in outlines—just didn't work for me. With such limited time in my day, I needed something more hands-on. I needed real interaction, someone I could ask questions to in real time, and someone who could break down the tricky nuances that bar examiners LOVE to test.
That's when I found who I honestly consider my God-send—Judy. After reading reviews on Reddit from people who swore by her program, I reached out and scheduled a consultation. She took the time to really listen to my situation and frustrations, and from the start, she was confident she could help me reach my goal—as long as I was willing to put in the work. That confidence alone gave me hope again.
Her program is built for people like me—non-traditional students with limited time. Everything was tailored to fit my schedule, not a one-size-fits-all plan like the big companies. Even though it wasn't strictly one-on-one, she made sure every student got individualized attention. We were always able to ask as many questions as we needed, even if it meant staying after sessions ended. She was also incredibly responsive over email, no matter the time of day.
Most importantly, her methods work. If you trust her process and follow her instructions, it really is gold. She consistently tracked our progress and adjusted things along the way to make sure we were improving where it mattered most.
My score went from the 240s to the 270's. I went from feeling completely defeated and ready to give up to actually enjoying studying for the bar (which I know sounds crazy, but it's true). I honestly feel like I learned more practical law through her program than I did in law school.
That 27-point jump came from trusting her system and putting in the work—and it was 100% worth it.
